as an apprentice, my role is a machinist, so I am learning to machine parts and material properties.
my organisation skills are being improved.
I am really enjoying it, its good to be at work getting things done.

There are other activities however they are not ran at the minute due to the current situation.

its a brilliant company to work for, I have a lot of pride in saying that I work for Rolls-Royce and it is really interesting and enjoyable.
Put the effort in, do your research and plan well. once you're here, don't rush things and be flexible. take your time and do things right first time.
