  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My apprenticeship is very well structured when in the workplace, with my resource leader ensuring that I always keep busy on projects and supplying resources for support. My mentor has supported me to aim for professional qualification. Support from college was good, although sometimes I found myself stuck and unsure on who to ask for help from.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a great deal of support from my employer. All colleagues are happy to help when I encounter a problem and take time to explain why it is a problem, rather than just providing a solution. It is also very easy to access information from past projects and industry standards.
