Since joining Visa I have never felt more at home in a work place before. I already gained a wide variety of experience and skills whilst gaining an education that Visa is fully supporting. I have worked on numerous Projects and have been guided by a supportive and strong leadership team. I would recommend Visa to any Intern, Grad or Apprentice alike.
I have developed, presentation skills, the art of corporate work. I have networked extensively and much more
I love my programme, I cant wait to get into the office after this pandemic!
The programme is structured and allows you to develop in each team as your programme goes on.
I have so much support from buddy's, colleagues, mentors, my peers and the programme runner itself. I am always checked up on in weekly/Daily calls and I am never shy to speak out about my feelings.
QA are a fantastic provider and are doing the best they can with their virtual classes
I am learning my Qualification whilst working in the team which helps me understand real life examples of the work that is being carried out in my course. It ultimately allows me to perform better such as leadership and team skills.

The company itself is always an option to go for this placement as it is one of the biggest payment companies known however, there is the most welcoming team and supporting employers I have ever known. Its not all strict corporate living Visa is an environment where you can feel creative whilst working in a team that support you all the way. That's why I would recommend Visa to anyone not just friends.
Don't be who you think Visa want, be yourself.
