My role involved managing multiple shopping centres commercial budgets and strategies with an emphasis on Media & Services.
I’ve learnt about self awareness, communication and it’s forms and how to deal with a variety of situations.
The programme was brilliant at being able to link in with my day job which made it more enjoyable and valuable to me.
The programme was well structured but gave me freedom to work it around my day job. A good balance.
I received support from my LM with work and feedback and despite the company I worked for going into Administration the course continued.
The support from my trainer was great, really good virtual meetings to check in, coach and discuss along with emails and lots of encouragement.
The qualification has validated where I am in my career and the roles I work at and has helped me grow as a manager.
This is now a new role so I am yet to find out what I can get involved in, waiting for lockdown to end!

Great structure and support and being able to link it with your day job for me was invaluable.
Have a conversation with them to discuss your needs etc and to give it a go!
