Communicating with employee's and manager but also directors and senior leadership. Answering questions, logging queries and helping to roll out and support with new and existing projects.
In my current job role i sometimes do not get experience to wider HR especially ER the part that i would like to progress into so my apprenticeship gave me chance to reach out to people in these fields. It also taught me networking skills and meeting other in my line of work and seeing what they do to see if there is a better way it can be done at M&B.
I enjoyed it very much and am looking forward to progressing to level 5 and hopefully level 7 in the medium term future.
Very organised even with the unprecedented time with Covid.
Lots of support, everyone was willing to help me with any queries and allowed me into their role.
A good amount, i had enough when i needed it without being overwhelming as an apprenticeship is a person own responsibility.
Given me exposure to part of the HR profession that my job role doesn't usually. This has enabled me to see which part i like and want to progress in and which parts i do not see myself in.
Yes lots, we have social every payday, we have xmas party, summer party. Sports teams ETC i think it is really ingrained in the culture of the company.
