  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, there are many extra events you can do, you can help the company in the local community through certain schemes, such as going into schools, and as a large company there are always things popping you can take part in. There is also an internal social network, which has groups that you are free to join and can arrange things.

  • 9a. Would you recommend Rolls-Royce to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Everything I have experienced so far is great.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Be yourself, be confident, and show them how great you are, by showing the company what you can offer to them. Make yourself a good investment, for what the company would want to invest in. And be sure to research the company, the subject area, and make sure you know as much as you can about it. Don't think there is ever to much to know or show.
