  • I have learned & development a broad range of skills including communication, teamworking, negotiation, property inspection / measurement & valuation, report writing and client management.

  • I massively enjoy my programme.

  • Very well organised with both internal support from Savills and from UCEM.

  • I receive a lot of support. I have quarterly catch up meetings and have access to a wide range of resources and programmes.

  • Very well. I am able to apply everything I learn to my job on a daily basis.
