  • Overall it has been well organised, there have been a few slip-ups but that is only due to the current Coronavirus Pandemic putting a halt to certain things.

  • 9a. Would you recommend BAE Systems to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It has been a completely new experience, far different to anything I have done in the past, and it has all been really enjoyable. BAE Systems are very keen to keep you on board and encourage you to think about your plan for years to come, so I feel very comfortable here and hope that I can continue my career with BAE Systems.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BAE Systems?
  • Make sure you include absolutely anything you can think of that would be useful in your application. I included some things about CAD work I had done in the past during my secondary school and 6th form college, and BAE Systems offered for me to start my apprenticeship with a different branch to what I had applied for, due to the fact that they work more with CAD. It is definitely worth including everything.
