At the moment the first year of the apprenticeship is full time learning at Weston college
Yes I have developed hand working skills such as filing and polishing etc
I am very interested and excited with the programme so far and what it has to bring over the next couple of years.
No issues so far with organisation
I am always supported by my ADL's as well as having additional support from the safeguarding team and rolls Royce and the team at Weston college.
A lot of support is given while I am completing my qualifications.
It gives a lot of knowledge and understanding to be able to complete your roll.
Yes there are activities and social event usually but with covid 19 they have not gone ahead.

It's a company with a great reputation and so far it is living up to it
