    • At the moment the first year of the apprenticeship is full time learning at Weston college

    • Yes I have developed hand working skills such as filing and polishing etc

    • I am very interested and excited with the programme so far and what it has to bring over the next couple of years.

    • No issues so far with organisation

    • I am always supported by my ADL's as well as having additional support from the safeguarding team and rolls Royce and the team at Weston college.

    • A lot of support is given while I am completing my qualifications.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • It gives a lot of knowledge and understanding to be able to complete your roll.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

    • Yes there are activities and social event usually but with covid 19 they have not gone ahead.

    • Yes

  • 9b. Why?

    • It's a company with a great reputation and so far it is living up to it

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?

    • Talk about any relative experience with engineering for example fixing bikes etc and explain what motivated you to apply.
