My role is the social value solution manager within a bid team. This is ensuring that we deliver maximum social value through all of our actions.
Yes, a range of new skills such as, working with Engie specific systems, talking directly to clients and reporting contract deliverables. I have also developed existing skills such as communication, organisation and confidence.
