I am a Capacity and resource planner responsible for forecasting inbound telephony volumes and performance , planning activities for the units and proving accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting. On a daily basis i monitor prior/current performance for inclusions in forecasting and send daily Mi to Leads to manage performance.
Since starting my apprenticeship i have been introduced to new tools and and have been learning more around these to use in my daily role as well as new skills and developed my existing skills.
I have enjoyed my experience so far and the new tools and skills i am developing along the way broadening my knowledge to help in my day to day role.
The start with both coach and the training weeks at beginning were tough and not very well structured/organised but ARCH had received other feedback around this as well and both issues were rectified for me and the following training weeks were much better and very well organised and presented
The company support 20% of my working week
I have a Monthly progress review with my coach on the apprenticeship , and towards the Qualifications and study weeks have had 5 weeks of face to face training and support.
It has opened up new avenues for me to improve the data reporting i provide as well as the extractions ,analysis techniques and tools for more in depth analysis.
