  • the core parts around attaining my accredited qualification. I.E. Revision for exams and the tools for it.

  • my direct manager is very supportive. she has encouraged me all the way

  • my tutor is available for queries if I need them. I do not feel isolated.

  • better understanding of how my role sits within the insurance world. Clearer understanding of what underlies the premium booked. an employee who understands why they are doing something is better than one who just does without knowing

  • pre covid yes, currently some zoom quizs and the like.

  • good fair employer, pay could be better but it is an employer to feel proud to work for.

  • bring honesty, openness and willingness to learn and listen and you will do well. the company want you to succeed, not to fail
