I lead 2 teams in our underwriting trading centre, one team of underwriter and a central admin team. I ensure day to day activities are being completed and we are working in agreed SLA's along with providing support and engagement in the team along with development to get the best out of my teams
The course has only just started but it has given me some ideas to understand more about my company structure, hierarchy to make me more of an effective leader
The programme has not long started but I am enjoying it so far.
It seems very ogranised and the online hub is very straight forward.
In this challenging time the business does support where it can and they have agreed to work out and accommodate study time.

As it has only just started I can see the benefits of the course and will know more as I progress through it.
With the challenges of Covid there is not much at the moment but there is the occasional quiz and I do other activities outside of work
