  • Sales - Showroom Manager. Selling bathroom solutions to both Trade and Retail customers. Delivering the best in-town service, working as an extension to our trade customers business. Managing customer and supplier relationships and working alongside our branch teams to meet and exceed our customer's needs.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt and improved a lot of skills that are already proving valuable to improving our business both at in-branch and within the wider business. As well and making amazing progress with my own personal development. Skills like managing stakeholders, talent management, leading & managing others and lots of business analysis skills.

  • Pushing myself to recognize and strengthen my own weaknesses. It was great for building confidence in my own abilities.

  • Very well structured. It was broken down into clear, concise, and easy-to-understand sections. With each new part building upon the previous learning, helping to reinforce the knowledge.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager and branch team were fantastic. Alongside this, other managers within the wider business are always happy to help and get involved where possible.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My apprenticeship coach was amazing! Always encouraging and helping to keep me on track - Thank you Sue!!!

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It has already helped me add value to the business. I have now (of the back of the skills and apprenticeship) been involved with 3 projects that are adding value to the business and allowing me to continue practicing the skills I gained

  • We often put together teams and events to support our businesses charity
