  • During my daily routine my main objects and job role entails- serving customer, amending prices and caring for customer account, refunding, credit control and opening new accounts. Training new staff members an ensuring trained to serve.

  • Yes, during the education I have improved and advanced my knowledge on the H+S. I feel I have enough understanding to ensure I report and resolve correctly.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Highly, I was able to learn new skills, met new people within the group. Experienced other sides of the business and progressed my understanding of the TP Plc.

  • Perfectly, there was always clear times and dates, and a clear plan of what the day will hold and the schedule intended to keep.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • When starting the programme little- though after change of management this progressed and become very active n my learning.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • All of the support i required was given plus more.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • With the information and knowledge I gained, I was able to place this in my daily routine and have this support my role ensuring I was dong a great job plus more than what was expected of me.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not at present time due to Covid restrictions - thogh do have a work whats APP where all can communicate.

  • Yes

  • This was a chance to meet and learn another side to the company.

  • Be organised, complete your log and keep notes of all workshops- take time to review them notes and enter to the log.
