Full accountability of store operations, supporting colleagues development, engagement. Supporting the co-ops food retail strategy by ensuring the customer is at the heart of everything we do in store
Developed existing skills such as referencing, spelling and grammar and how to do research assignments
Really enjoyed it, enjoyed learning more of the theory behind retail. Also appreciated the time the co-op gave us to complete this
