Better communication with my colleagues. Also been able to coach them in a better way and help them to develop skills and knowledge. My behaviours have changed I’m more empathetic and understanding.
I really enjoyed the programme, I enjoyed all the new things I have learnt and been able to use within my workplace. The only things I haven’t enjoyed is having to do my functional skills maths which I am still struggling to pass to get my apprenticeship completed.
It has been very well structured we have our learning conferences and then was set our tasks so that we had covered the topic before completing assignments. There was plenty of time to get the assignments completed so you didn’t feel stressed or rushed
Lots of support. Coop are really good when it comes to apprenticeships making sure you have the 8 hours a week to do your studying and keeping in contact with us to make sure we are happy and want to continue and if there is any support needed.
Both my training providers were available whenever I needed them and were always back to me in the same day if I had any questions or needed any help.
It has helped me create a stronger team.

They treat their colleagues with respect they understand that mistakes are made and they want you to learn from them rather than being told off and disciplined. Coop is diverse and inclusive and take everyone’s religions into consideration when making decisions. They have really looked after the colleagues through Covid with them always being put first and kept safe.
It’s not always about what skills and qualifications you have it’s about having the right behaviours.
