Lead my team in store on a daily basis, ensuring sales targets and safety responsibiltes are met
Yes i have learnt many new skills after becoming an apprentice, such as how to manage a team
I enjoy the programme alot as it is a good mix of on the job and off the job training.
Very well, there is deadlines to be met and organised , structed meetings to help me
I receive alot of help if it is needed. I can ask my tutor , fellow peers or store manager for help

There is usually a charity football match every year but because of covid-19 this couldnt go ahead as planned

It is a good workplace, it encourages learning and is very positive. The coop has great ethics.
