  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The co-op is 100% behind me and my line manager is completely comitted to helping me see my degree through. If I ever feel ‘snowed under’ I know I can count on him for support. Same from the co-op too.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are loads of different sessions being run all the time and mainly done via teams now which is unfortunate but due to the oandemic there isnt another way. There are upskilling sessions and diversity and inclusion ones too. Great for meeting new people and networking.
