Basic running of the shop; Day to day depends on whether I am on a morning or an evening shift Most shifts revolve around cashing tills, Working stock Dealing with customers And general running of the shop
Yes. I’ve developed my skills on many things Especially legal aspects and communications
I feel the programme is very solitary and I am teaching myself most of the information which is something I Struggle with as I have no idea where to get the information from etc
I struggle to know what is on what days etc some technology issues but the learning conferences are very well managed
My manger and other managers fully support me
I receive help upon request
I feel more confident and happy within myself and like I can do a good job because of my apprenticeship
There is but currently struggling due to covid
