  • Basic running of the shop; Day to day depends on whether I am on a morning or an evening shift Most shifts revolve around cashing tills, Working stock Dealing with customers And general running of the shop

  • Yes. I’ve developed my skills on many things Especially legal aspects and communications

  • I feel the programme is very solitary and I am teaching myself most of the information which is something I Struggle with as I have no idea where to get the information from etc

  • I struggle to know what is on what days etc some technology issues but the learning conferences are very well managed

  • My manger and other managers fully support me

  • I feel more confident and happy within myself and like I can do a good job because of my apprenticeship
