Team Manager, second in charge overall. Cash and banking return to work, health and safety, working delivery. customer service.
I have learnt a lot about myself and how I can influence other around me. I have achieved my GCSE English and math.
I have enjoy the interaction with other colleagues from other store and learning how different team operate.
Due to Covid it changed but given the unknown they adapted the course well considering.
I get one day off a week to focus on the course and study
Lots of support she really listened and changed the approach when we needed to catch up and allowed me to do spoken discussion to evidence my learning and working.
Its allow me to think about about what I can offer the business outside the four walls of the store and how to make a bigger impact.
