Mitigating and controlling the exposure of risk within the business. Communication with stores and senior leaders to ensure that they are doing what they need to be doing.
Many new skills have been learnt. Such as key leadership skills and theory’s and models that can be taken into every day life in both personal and professional.
The programme is enjoyable. The understanding from leaders in the business is very limiting and this is a frustration.
Programme is well organised. Even with a covid the programme has been delivered and structure really well.
Some. But it also feels that’s there is not enough sometimes and managers don’t get what we are doing.
Quite a lot. There is always support from Anglia Ruskin.
This has made me perform a lot better. For letting me see experiences differently and how to tackle issues differently within my leadership experiences.
