Managing shifts and my team to ensure smooth customer service to our customers in-store
So far I have learnt more about the financial side of my store and now have a hands on role of certain aspects ie invoice checking ..purchase vs turnover checking which I never had before starting the apprenticeship
I do enjoy the programme ...I do wish circumstances were different so we could actually be face to face as a group rather than online
I find one file a bit hard to navigate and am not the most technically savvy person on the planet
I feel I am supported extremely well and often asked how it is going and if I need help
Again very well supported and often in contact with my tutor
I haven't gained the qualification yet but I do feel.it will help further my career and development
None that I can think og
Yes
Community driven and very friendly
Dont hesitate
