Day to day leadership of a small retail team. Delegating tasks, providing customer care and ensuring the store is delivered to a high and legal standard. Responsible for the day to day operation in the absence of the store manager.
So far I have found the course provides very little skills which directly relate to the success of my performance in my current role.
Not very much. I tend not to enjoy academical work however in order for career progression this was required.
Programme is well structure and course provider are knowledgeable.
Provide a large amount of support in terms of time allocated to studying. 20% of contractual hours are allocated to study.

I feel there is a large amount publicised around colleague support however in reality it’s not really there. I don’t feel we paid fairly for the work we do.
I would recommend they ensure they get down time away from the job. Often it is expected to be available all the time.
