I am a team manger in a convenience store. On a daily basis i can do office work, interact with staff and customers, work deliveries and overstock and help the community
The apprenticeship has been great, helping me learn new skills, help me build my confidence and go over skills that i needed a little brush up on
The programme has been great. I have been introduced to new people and it has been good to learn new things
The organisation of the programme has been good. it is all through video calls at the moment so it has also helped with my own organisational skills
The support has been very good.
The support from the tutor has been excellent
What you learn on the course you can put into practice at the store you work in, you can also pass your learning on to other people.
There is a music festival, a gala and other events that happen in our area. Unfortunely at the moment all on hold due to pandemic
