Involves managing claims for clients, and making liability decisions on claims.
People managing skills, phone skills, and time management skills
Very much so, the practical work of my job is thouroughly enjoying as well as the theory side of the apprenticeship
Well structured, and my kaplan coach pushes me to complete targets and do better.
i recieve great support from work, they assist me with any issues i have, or problems i face within or out of work
