Attending university and working with PwC for several months during stages 2, 3 and 4.
Yes, team working, communication, confidence and time management.
I get one very well with all of my peers and gets lots of help and support from everyone.
There is lots of recognition internally.
The programme has been put together very well and incorporates all of the key elements needed.
There are lots of people I can speak to whenever I need help or advice.
I receive lots of support from PwC and I am told to question anything I am not sure of to both benefit myself and the company too.
We get paid well enough to do everything we need to and more!
Yes, there are lots of team building activities for us to get involved in. The social aspect is great.
