Designing and creating useful programmes for the business Stakeholder management Communicating internally and externally Mentoring individuals Supporting the business
I have developed my Professional speaking and presentation skills. Gained lots of confidence Enabled me to speak regularly to a mixture of people
The programme supports the values of the business - thinking long term and the selected provider shares the values. Both Computacenter and the training provider support me in gaining the best out of my programme. Both my direct team and wider team are very helpful, supportive and friendly. I love working for Computacenter as they really care about me as a person.
The programme is well structured as i get a mixture of workshops and mentor sessions. I am able to book regular dedicated time in to enable me to complete my programme and this is fully supported an understood by my manager. I was able to map the competencies required across to my role and this enables me to check the projects i am doing are relevant to my programme.
My manager is engaged with my programme and attends mentor sessions with me. I am able to approach the wider team if needed to support me with any problems i encounter. Computacenter have a good attitude towards the Future Talent programmes available.
My Tutor is pretty good at responding and it feels like he is getting to know me better on a personal level.
