My job title is scheduling, this is where I have to book engineers in for our customers but we all have our own projects which we schedule these engineers to sites which need upgrades or new devices. I keep track of this via Excel
Confidence, I am able to speak to customers and engineers professionally. I have learnt about the business I work for in detail which has helped me understand my roles and others through my apprenticeship work. I have taken 3 courses such as project management. change management and communication which has helped me with my understanding
I really enjoy my programme , I have made some great friends and my knowledge of business has improved so much and I am able to understand the whole business and not just my department. My team have been so supportive to me and I couldn't ask for a better team!
I have monthly meetings with my trainer and also my manager to discuss tasks that I may be struggling on and talking about my previous work and future end point assessments. I have been on 3 courses that I have found really interesting and built my knowledge
My manager and my team have been so supportive and are always around if I need them, I couldn't fault them. There is so many people there to support you
My trainer is always on the other end of the phone if I need her, and have monthly meetings with her to discuss upcoming work and the future end point assessments. I do enjoy my course and my trainer.
I now have an understanding of what my business is as a whole and understand not only in my role but worldwide. Understanding our stakeholders and customers
Due to Covid-19 I have not be able to get involved in any of these at work, but there has been some over calls

I have already recommended to my friend and she got the job. I couldn't recommend more the apprenticeship to anyone because it has helped me so much with communication and professionalism
Read up about your job before you go into it as there are so many different opportunities. Research your job before going into the interview and don't panic just be yourself
