I am Store Manager of a Food Store, role involves all aspects of running a food store and leading a team, while also ensuring budgets and KIP's are met. Alongside that the degree part of the program is studying towards a Business Management Degree
Definitely developed a big range of leaderships skills and also a much stronger understanding of commercial success
The program has been challenging alongside a full time job but the rewards have really outweighed the hard work. I have also met some great people along the way and really been able to expand my network.
The program has been challenging and it does test and improve your time management skills but this is supported by really strong structure to work too and lots of support.
Employer has been very supportive both in terms of supporting in access to information and colleagues to support with research but also in the time and support that they give to ensure plenty of time to complete work.
Anglia Ruskin have been really supportive. Tutors are always available and get back to you very quickly. They are very supportive and help guide you through the program.
