I very much enjoy my programme and i feel very well supported by my peers and my manager.

Very well organised, although it is all on teams it is very well thought out and we have a good mixture of independent and team work.

I know outside of COVID times there are a lot of activities, however at the moment i am only involved in the Fresh Minds programme that provides us with lots of virtual social activities.
