Team leader. This involves, working delivery, sorting and dealing with cash, communicating with the team.
I have learnt new marketing and communicating skills since being on the apprenticeship.
I enjoy the apprenticeship, as it gives me the opportunity to learn new skills and learn the way business run such as legal and marketing requirements
My apprenticeship is very organised and structured, I receive emails from my tutor stating when me next meeting is and what needs to be completed and any extra information I need to help support me
I received a lot of support from my employer. My manager is always their if I have an questions or extra support with my apprenticeship.
I received a lot of support from my tutor via email and message. Each email always provides lots of information so I’m not confused and understand what I’m doing for the next meeting.
My apprenticeship have taught me new skills that I can relate to my job role, for example where to place promotion stands when changing promotion and how to talk to staff effectively.
Extra curricular activities that I can involved in at work are to do with helping the community such as litter picking or selling membership cards.
Yes
I would recommend Babcock as it an interesting apprenticeship and they give you lots of support so you understand what is going on.
The advice I would give to others is to ensure you have the time to complete the work each week and that you have the support from your manager.
