Work a machine that i have been placed on for the month. Put jobs on , set them up and take jobs off. Change tools

I enjoy it a lot , however i think sometimes it is hard to fit in as some operators dont help apprentices as much as other operators
It is organised well however when it comes to the execution it could be better. The whole factory should be aware of the apprentices not just management etc

It helps us understand what we are doing better so we can provide better evidence for the qualifications we have to complete
