I'm a supervisor in store I run the shift when I'm working I oversee the running of the shift . This includes the safety if staff and customers along with opening and closing the store
Upon doing my apprenticeship I've learned new ways of listening to people and getting an insight to what customers are looking for
I'm really enjoying learning new skills and meeting different people.
My programme has been goo g really well I haven't encounterd any issues everything is done when my tutor says it will be
I have a great support system from within my company my colleagues , manger area manager and also my regional manager have all been very supportive
My training provider has been very encouraging and made this experience enjoyable if I have any questions I know exactly who to go to.
It has made me understand my role alot more and helped be deal with things in a better way.
There are loads of activities and choices for me to get involved in loads of discussion platforms

I fell that its a great place to work with lots of opportunities to grow as a person and your career
Just be yourself and enjoy all the different ways of learning
