I am leading a team of CTM. Helping motivating them, training, coaching, running my shifts and helping store to achieve given KPIs.
Yes. I learned a lot about sucessful communication methods and using it to successfully communicate with my team.
There is a lot of miss communication since the start of the course.

I have been sent on this apprenticeship by my area manager, and she supported me along the way, also my previous and current manager.

I wish I could be more involved and been given opportunity for secondment to be able to use learned skills/knowledhe/behaviours more.
