Managing a team and delivering KPIs
Biggest learning has been learning how to drive sales through marketing, merchandising and availability
A lot, it's in depth and I have an engaging trainer
Could be clearer as the roadmap I was given at the start is not how we've gone through the learning modules
Not much, it's been offered but I haven't felt I needed it
My trainer is always available to answer any questions and review my work and progress
