Working as a supervisor in retail is good job and teaches you the basics of a customer faving job I find that i am learning new things every day with regards to my job and hope to gain more and more experience and develop myself further in my retail career
Yeah for sure I have definitely learnt plenty of new skills during my 2 years in the business I started at the lowest ranking position and then worked my way up in the ranks to a team leader by learning new things within the business to show my worth
The program is okay the only reason I stuck to it was because of my tutor mehmet he made it really enjoyable as he’s a really relaxed person I found that I was always stressing my self out and he would put my mind at ease
Yeah it’s okay organised sometimes there was a few wrong emails sent out to apprentices which caused confusion but other than that it was alrgiht
Not very much at all I was the one that had to go seek advice and information from them rather them coming to me saying do you need any helpn
Enough support was given from training provider as we went to lectures in london during the apprenticeship
