I am Parts Supervisor at Motus Commercials Halesowen. i run the day to day goings on of the Parts Department. This includes, managing the staff, dealing with departmental issues, sorting old units, doing customer credits.
having come from a parts driver 3 years ago, I have had to learn a lot of important skills fairly quickly to be able to get to the position I am now in as Supervisor. i have always been in customer facing roles, so i have developed those existing skills to suit this particular job role.
Its very informative, and has helped me tailor and develop my existing skills and knowledge.
it is very well organised. Due to coronavirus, it has obviously impacted the tail end of the programme, where i would have liked it to have been completed earlier. however this is through no fault of the Provider.
I receive an incredible amount of support. i would not have got to this position if it wasn't for the support i have been given.
Alot from my individual mentors. Vikki Singleton, and Sarah Bardens have been incredible.
It has given me an insight and training on things i wouldn't have picked up from day to day, on the job tasks.
No. not that im aware of.
