With my day to day working life - I do a lot of things at work such as dealing with customer emails, cloud info, T&T emails, ctax emails and benefits&ctax referencing and much more. With my apprenticeship work I do a lot of customer activities that helps me a lot to improve my knowledge with my work life and I do many more apprenticeship work as well.
I have definitely learnt so many new skills with learning my apprenticeship work that helps me improve my knowledge with customers and what to do in work life and how to deal with certain situations etc. And I am still learning new things on a day to day basis as well.
I enjoy my programme very much - I wouldn’t of been able to do this without the help from my tutor. Who is always there to help me improve and just help me if I’m stuck. This programme has improved my skills and have a better understanding so much.
It is very organised - I do try to keep update with my work and I have monthly meetings with my tutor and if I get stuck or have a question he’ll help me out with it. But all my work is organised with my apprenticeship work and my work life as well.
I get so much support from work, everyone is there for everyone - if I get stuck and ask someone they would help me and explain to me. Have weekly team meetings and one to one meeting with my manger as well so I can ask any questions that I have.
I get a lot of support that helps me improve and learn new things.
I feel like I am improving every day and my training provider helps me perform to become the best I can be.
No there isn’t anything like that because of corona.
