Supporting the general manager in running of the business, giving support and guidance to the management team. Pushing the business to achieve goals and growth. Working towards achieving all KPIs and giving the guests the best possible experience they can receive from a Miller and Carter. Giving that +1 experience and living and breathing the Miller and Carter visions and values
I have developed my skills in adaptation of management and leadership techniques and styles. This helps my team to work better and achieve more.
Very enjoyable to learn new things, but it also helps challenge me on new things and brings a new way of looking at things.
