Supervisor, I complete opting up and closing business procedures, banking, stock counting, supervising the team
Developing my communication skills and learning more about giving feedback and disciplinary actions
I very much like it, it's taught me new things and also helped me develop my existing skills to enhance my working performance
All set out and ordered so I have never been confused in which section j should be working on and everything has been explained to me
In the begining I didn't get much support but now coming to the end I am getting a little bit of support
She is wonderful always there at the end of the phone for questions and support, couldn't have asked for someone better
It's helped me develop more as a supervisor and will greatly improve how I work when we get back to work
There are no extra activities to get involved with, although I do hold a bake sale every year in the business to raise money for Macmillan Cancer support
