i enjoy my role a lot. I love working with different tools, fixing equipment and machines and working with a team.
my programme is structure very well. we have regular meetings with apprentices and managers to ensure we all understand our next placements and explain what we have learned.
i receive lots of support. i feel as if i have any issues, i can contact my manager or mentor whenever and they are happy to help.
i receive a wide variety of support. the training providers are always available for contact and every week they speak to me in person to ensure i am okay and working well.
the training i receive is specific to my role as the qualification is a maintenance standard, and i am learning a lot about maintenance and problem solving. this helps me in my role as the role is a maintenance technician.
