Collaborative working with different stakeholders. Depending on what department I am in, as I rotate through different business areas.
Stakeholder management, Conflict resolution, Becoming a Stem Ambassador, reflective thinking and acting on feedback whether good or bad.
I enjoy it so much, I would recommend it for every young person.
My programme is structured impeccably well, business rotations and education provider support are always available when needed. I have a buddy for day to day business queries, I have a mentor for more complex questions who also advises me on opportunities within the business I should be Involved in, supports me in my professional development plan. There is nothing lacking in my Apprenticeship Programme.
I have two very intelligent and supportive Managers. I have a Mentor and a Buddy, as well support from the Early Talent department.
Support is always available, from email to phone calls to MS Teams calls. Well being checks its amazing.
My education and work are always in sync, and I get to put theory into practise everyday.
During the pandemic, we have had walking meetings, flip a long sessions on Pancake day and we had a virtual secret Santa for christmas.
