How to complete a project and how important stakeholders are
It was certainly different as I completed its mostly during lockdown so it was quite a challenge to get my evidence done while the restaurant was open periodically.
During a normal situation I feel it would be very structured. As I had visits to my restaurant scheduled every month from my trainer at lifetime. As I completed the course remotely due to the pandemic those were remote. I feel that it was as structured as it could be.
If I asked any questions i would get the answers I needed but I had to ensure I had time put aside and organised to complete my practical assignments and was selfish with this time.
My training provider was very good. At times it felt overwhelming but [This section of the comment has been removed by a member of the RateMyApprenticeship Team because it did not meet our site terms and conditions] was always very supportive and never made me feel as though how I was feeling was invalid. She would always clear up anything I was unsure of and was extremely helpful.
I feel I have a lot more knowledge to complete management tasks.
During the pandemic there wasn’t really any. But definitely before we had at least 2 team nights a year and once and a while we done a tuc shop type thing for the staff.
Yes
They are a very good employer. You sent tied to one brand and I know if I had any questions I have a network of people to ask.
Give it your best shot. Mitchell and butlers are a top quality company and they look after their staff. It’s like joining a family.
