My role is to ensure that the complaint cases are managed in line with FCA deadlines and mitigate any risks etc
Yes have more confident in risk mitigation and learnt new risk management strategies
I am enjoying it a lot
it is quite structured and organised with detailed webex sessions before each assignment which is great
My role is quite tedious so even though i am trying to keep aside a study day on side there are other priorities so i have to cover in evenings and weekend
The training provider are quite approachable and knowledgeable
i am feeling more confident in my role and have learned a lot through this course
