Depending on which placement you're in will depend on what your daily tasks are. Usually, I set and up and take down from students experiments. Prepare solutions or tasks.
I've learnt more theory than practical, but have learn how to set up equipment rather than use the equipment
I prefer my placement now. My last placement I felt pushed out and isolated and did not enjoy it at all due to my line manager and colleague. But my placement now I enjoy a lot
Not super organised. Not really sure what's going on most of the time
I get a lot of support from current placement manager. But previous placement manager gave 0 support
More support now than previous trainer
I've learnt how to set certain equipment up which is helpful
No there isn't
Yes
Previous placement manager made me hate working at NTU but now I'm excited and enjoy it without feeling judged, pushed out, or talked about badly
It's an okay place to work - depends highly on who you are working for as to whether you'll enjoy it or not.
