Daily running of a retail food store. This includes all aspects of the store. People planning, sales forecasting and productivity.

It has felt very slow and un-motivating due to not learning

Poorly structured from the beginning. So set dates put in place.

Huge support from hours away from role to help and support to complete.

Have monthly calls. Feel it has been rushed as most of what was on the plan at the beginning has not been completed.
