I'm currently on a sales associate graduate program. Therefore I am learning about the Computacenter and building tools to become an account manager or specialist in January of next year.
I'm early on in the apprenticeship but so far I have had a 3-day workshop where I learned about sales processes.
Good, not that far through yet.
I have only been on the programme for about a month but we did have to rearrange our workshop twice since the trainer was unable to attend. On both occasions we were not informed beforehand so my team turned up to the workshop and waited for 45 minutes before eventually being told that it had been cancelled.
Tonnes of support. Our employer talks us through each stage and gives us plenty of extra help
We meet with him once a month to discuss our progress. They also have provided us with all of the criteria needed to complete the programme.
We are early on but I think it will be benificial.
Yes, loads.
Yes
Great culture. Supportive environment. Plenty of opportunity for extra progression. Plenty of direction.
Go for it
