  • I am a maintenance technician which involves preventative maintenance, problem solving, fault finding and team bonding.

  • I have developed many new skills such as communication skills being able to use calibration equipment, improved knowledge on machinery, improved use of hand tools, efficiency of working as a team and fault finding

  • I really enjoy my programme as I have learnt and developed many new skills and also learnt things I never knew before this programme, also due to it being a pharmaceutical company it feels very rewarding helping the company produce pharmaceutical products that are saving peoples lives.

  • My programme is very well organised and if there is ever an issue there is either someone that is always happy to help or multiple sites with help documents to help solve your problem.

  • I receive support all of the time as they do regular checks to see if you are happy and have any issue and if you do they will always help resolve the problem.

  • I always receive support from my training provider as the do regular check ups to see if you are okay and have an understanding of what is required from you to achieve your qualifications

  • My qualification benefits me a lot for example covering the project unit has gave me a great understanding of how to approach a problem and pursue and resolve the problem in a professional method

  • Yes there is multiple events happening throughout the month every month to get you meeting with new people and sharing interests.

  • AstraZeneca is a great place to work and I would recommend it to anyone as it is a very professional company that welcomes you and always takes great care of you

  • I recommend researching up on the company and showing interest in you specific job role and in the company and always show willing.
