Serving guests , pouring drinks and running food
Confidence in taking orders and pouring drink, also in talking to guests aswell
Had a few complications throughout my apprenticeship which meant I had to change trainers various amount of times
Had monthly meetings to catch up and see my progress and regular conversations if I struggled with any work to help
I received a lot of support and help and if I was every unsure was told to pop up so that they were able to support me
After complications I managed to get a permanent trainer who was able to offer me full support in completing my apprenticeship and helping me obtain my qualification
I have learned a lot from my apprenticeship and in doing so has helped me to improve my knowledge to help me do my job better
